Amara
Amara avocados have a deep yellow flesh that is rich and creamy with nutty flavor. They have a similar size and shape to Hass with a smooth skin. When ripe, the fruit maintains its spherical shape and does not become too soft.

Penguin
Penguin avocados have a sweet taste unlike any other avocados. They ripen later in the season ensuring Myanmar’s supply of avocados is not limited. These avocados are unique to Shan State, an eastern part of Myanmar.

Chinogado
Chinogados is a brand, collective brand of Avocado farmers from Chin State. There are about 7 selected varieties. They have a very light, buttery and sweet taste. Due to their thick shell, Chinogados are suitable for long distance transportation and have a long shelf life. Perfect avocados to ripen at home.

Hass
Hass avocados have a nutty flavor with a round shape.
Because of its think skin, it can be kept in the cold storage for 2 months. The size of the fruit could weigh up to 250g, and fat content ranges from 20% to 26%.
Zutano
Zutano avocados are pear-shaped with shiny, thin yellow-green skins that don’t change color when fully ripe and are somewhat more difficult to peel than other varieties. They have light-textured, pale green flesh around a pear-shaped seed. Zutano Budwoods are imported from California and grown well in upland area of Myanmar. Zutano is available for commercial sale.

Other Varieties
The other varieties that imported from Thailand, Vietnam and California are Buccaneer, Booth 7, Pinkerton, Bacon, Reed, Lamb Hass, Fuerte and 034.

This enables integration of our farmers into the supply chain with reduced risks, guaranteed buyers and improved income.
